      You are just between the Beauce and the Sologne, very close from the Loire, at a few kms from the most well-known chateaux, which are open to the public: Cheverny, Chenonceaux, Chaumont... without forgetting of course Beauregard, Villesavin, Villandry, Talcy, Meung-sur-Loire...

        L'Ermitière et la Lissière are set in the region of Val de Loire, which is rich in history and considered by Unesco as world heritage. Thus you can go from Beaumont in search of a region which history put its marks on and which presence of french kings for many centuries transformed.
